Twin boys.
Each born 4 months premature.
Each about the size of a Beanie Baby.
Each 18 ounces, less than some soda bottles.
Seven years later ...
Both are completely healthy.
A miracle.
No, 2 miracles.

OUR STORY
Jake & Josh Aron were born
May 11, 2002,
a heart operation
on his
fourth day.
Two days later,
Jake had
a bowel operation
that doctors
didn't expect him to survive.
Despite all that
could've gone wrong,
BOTH
beat every aspect
of their extreme
prematurity.
More details
can be found here.
You also can follow the unfolding story through e-mails.
Or, you can read
the story written
by proud dad
Jaime Aron that ran on the AP wire for Father's Day, 2008.

Then,

come back and

sign, view our guestbook.

THE SECRET

TO OUR SUCCESS

When our boys were on the road to recovery, we knew we owed a debt of gratitude ... but,
to who?
In 2005, we learned
it was the March of Dimes.
The organization
that wiped out polio is now working to give all babies a healthy start.
We've worked to raise awareness, as well as raising money.
We've had a lot of fun, too, from passing out our
to spending a year as Dallas' Ambassador Family, and especially through the annual walk now called ...
MARCH FOR BABIES
has raised
more than $36,000,
ranking each year among the top fund-raisers in DFW:
2009: $5,198* (No. ?)
2008: $9,071 (No. 5)
2007: $7,679 (No. 3)
2006: $9,929 (No. 1)
2005: $4,723 (No. 1)

BRAVO!

We are

extremely proud

of all our sons, including big brother Zac, who arrived a month early in 1998 and fortunately avoided the NICU.

We have a lot to be proud of, too.

In relaunching our site, we're saving this area to spotlight the latest, greatest thing.

For now, that is ...

Jake singing the national anthem at the 2009 March for Babies event in Dallas.

How would YOU handle singing

such a tough song

to a crowd of 25,000?

Check out

how our

little guy fared
